Erin and Chris: wedding

Below is the slideshow AND a collection of some of my favorite images from Erin and Chris' Thanksgiving weekend wedding. At last, a complete post! I intend to backtrack and post my favorites from the many weddings I shot this fall--but for now, here is a taste of Erin and Chris' beautiful day. They are such a warm, sweet couple who have a beautiful love story...I adore Erin's vibrant red hair so much (I'm a bit biased) that I couldn't narrow down the photos, and plastered her lovely face all over this post! The wedding was a blast to shoot because I had the best company--my fierce and talented pal Erica Ferrone, whose amazing photos are all over the post and slideshow. Without further ado, the snazzy Mr. and Mrs. Kelly...

Some loveliness by Erica...

I love the composition of this shot by Erica.

The shot on the right is all Erica!

And be sure to view this adorable couple's slideshow...

Jennifer and Phil: slideshow

Last summer, I shot Phil's sister Catie's wedding, so Phil had some insight into what it's like to be in the path of my camera...In fact, in this endearing, caustic way he has, he muttered "if she wasn't pregnant, I'd toss her out the window." Luckily for me, I was sporting a huge baby bump then. But when his bride and mother Lauren (who was a colleage of mine when I taught at Lowell High School) booked me to shoot his wedding, I didn't have that excuse...Thankfully, he spared me :) In fact, he was downright adorable, looking at me suspiciously, but humoring me when I dragged them out in the freezing November night and layed on the ground to get the shot...I think his willingness was a testament to how much he loves his beautiful bride. Jennifer was stunning, the life of the party all night, even after she sprained her foot trying to break someone's fall (things got a little rowdy on the dance floor). Joking aside, it was a gorgeous evening, in a unique, lovely setting, and Jennifer and Phil were surrounded by a huge circle of support. It was a pleasure to document! See their slideshow below...

Don't forget to turn your volume up so you can hear the song...

p.s. Shout out to sweet Kelly Warren for joining me-- your smile is uplifting!
