Our New (old) House!

We closed on our new home a couple weeks ago, but I am so busy that I have yet to blog this important event! Below are a couple photos from closing day...The sellers, who raised their kids there and are now retiring in Florida, were really kind; the wife wept upon turning over the key, wishing us many happy memories there. How nice to know the house was loved. As you can see, it's kind of old (110 years old in fact), and it will need some updates. Luckily, we learned a lot from the many projects and updates we made to our current home. We're so exicited for our move to lovely Lynnfield! You can see more photos of our new house here.
